We are aware of the issue of joining games around 1200 PST and are actively investigating the problem.

Improved desync check in attempt to reduce number of desyncs.

Players no longer need to join games twice.

Players joining after a computer slot will not fail to start the game.

Joining a game no longer results in double game join.

Install the Reign of Chaos patch only if The Frozen Throne is not installed. The 1.27b patches for a specific language can be downloaded from Blizzard’s FTP server using the links below, or from the PCGW download mirrors (Windows, Mac). If you try to patch past 1.27b, it will attempt to install the Reforged client on your PC. Unfortunately you cannot patch to anything above this, as I believe 1.28 was the patch Warcraft started using the newer launcher. Depending on which patch the initial install was, you will need to patch to 1.27b.
